Position Description

The role of the Web Coordinator is to assist with the delivery of Operator-Assisted services and solutions to internal and external clients. Utilizing audio and web conferencing technology, the ideal candidate must possess exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.

Essential Duties

  • Provide audio and web-based Operator-Assistance support during dry runs, webinars, and client support calls
  • Assist with reporting of the evaluation and debrief of events to ensure continuous improvement and quality of service
  • Adhere to all client protocols
  • Respond to client requests as instructed
  • Complete all deliverables and tasks in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Comply with and enforce XDRA’s policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • At least 1-year customer service experience preferred
  • Attention to detail while working under compressed timelines necessary
  • Exceptional customer service skills necessary
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively use MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
